MWRD again seeking bids on Crestwood property

With no takers stepping up the first time the opportunity was offered, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District is again soliciting bids to lease property it owns along the Calumet Sag Channel in Crestwood.

Proposals are due May 23 for a 60-year lease on seven acres of MWRD-owned property west of Cicero Avenue and directly south of the channel and north of the Rivercrest Shopping Center.
