With a scheduled closing of Lincoln Mall less than two months away, a Matteson resident said he wants to convert the indoor mall into a “sports and entertainment campus.”
Ronnie Culver said he’s one of five partners in a venture that has proposed an ambitious project to build an indoor-outdoor water park, hotel, ice rink, bowling alley and movie theater using all or portions of the existing mall.
