A German investor has acquired a huge new warehouse in southwest suburban University Park, in one of the biggest industrial real estate deals of the past two years.
GBRE Global Investors and a German investment company have bought a 1-million-square-foot distribution center in University Park fully leased to Georgia Pacific, according to a statement from CBRE Global.
