Dear Partner: You are invited to our upcoming Town Hall meetings to discuss various homeland security and emergency management related issues and concerns facing our Urban Area, county, municipalities and townships as well as to receive an update on current initiatives of the Cook County Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (DHSEM).
