Alsip hosts excellent dinner meeting at the Doubletree by Hilton

The South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association enjoyed a great meal and fellowship Sept. 27 at a dinner meeting hosted by Mayor John Ryan and the Village of Alsip, and sponsored by Comcast. The event took place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. Guest speakers, Alsip Chamber of Commerce members Marigrace Sinnott-Snooks and Cathy O’Hara, provided information on how municipalities can honor their former residents who served in the military by participating in the Hometown Heroes Banner Program. Banner logos can be customized to reflect any town. More information and an application can be found here.
